Support Operation Centre A/Director on leading a Customer Care team, the goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to manage the customer care team well, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Operational missions
Mission 1 :
Fully be expert for Club Med Products/Culture/Spirit
Mission 2 :
Fully be expert for Customer Relation and Insurance
Mission 3 :
Fully be expert for effective solution provider for requests, challenges and issues
Mission 4 :
Sufficient for internal communication/info. Support resort/cross departments customer relation topics.
Mission 5 :
Well manage Customer Satisfaction and Business Impact

Details
? Closely work with resort team to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
? Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
? Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
? Develop service procedures, policies and standards
? Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
? Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
? Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
? Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
? Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
? Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Management
Working with business support, to carry on KPI qualified fulfilment and checking-point for TA-FIT & MICE business. Support Operation Centre A/Director to implement planning strategy Conduct strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization. Play as strong self-motivated and independent worker in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening and partnering skills. Take great initiative to identify issues with effective solutions. Passionate, results-driven and organized approach, with an attention to detail Ensure 100% business integrity

Education : At least Bachelor Degree
Job experience : 7 years’ service industry experience
Skills requested
Knowledge :
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

Technical skills (tools…) :
Good at PC operation and Microsoft software, reporting.
