Hold full responsibility of the campaign life cycle
Be able to support and mentor a team of Account managers
Manage client relationships as well as internal team operations
Feel comfortable building strategy to justify using the in-house trading desk products
Ensuring that the agency offering continues to grow through excellent client servicing and team development
Have a strong understanding about trafficking and how to implement tags

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years’ experience within a programmatic/RTB/DSP environment, 5 years within in digital media experience
Broad digital knowledge an advantage
Proven leadership skill and feel able to mentor more junior members of the team
Experience in a media agency/trading desk environment is an advantage
Strong attention to detail is essential
