Job Summary – A Toolmaker experienced in the assembly and maintenance of molds. Conversant with latest Hot runner systems. Ability to interpret 3D Mold Design and plan the assembly. Able to handle large molds. Conduct Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of the molds. Enhance MTBR and reduce MTTR. Maintain critical spares of molds.

1. > Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Tool Assembly as per schedule
• Maintain correct fits between fitting elements as per plan
• Maintain checklist for all molds
• Suggest changes/ improvements that reduce assembly time and enhance quality
• Work with “Safety First” mind-set
• Maintain critical spares for all molds under production
• Implement improvements to enhance MTBR
• Maintain Tool Life records

Position Requirements:

• A Diploma / I.T.I. with 5-10 years of experience in mold assembly and maintenance
• Ability to handle large molds for machines up to 750T
• Able to operate die-spotting machines
• Expertise in Mold polishing techniques
• Well versed in the use of power tools for reducing assembly time
• Knowledgeable in various machining and Heat-Treatment processes
• Ability to work on 3D CAD software will be an added advantage
• Conversant with MS-Office tools
• Able to travel overseas
