1、按照公司用人需求，负责公司员工招聘工作，维护招聘网站与渠道开发，筛选简历、电话邀约、初试等工作；

2、负责员工入职、转正、调动、调薪、离职等手续跟进及沟通工作

3、负责管理员工劳动关系、员工考勤、绩效考核、劳动合同管理等工作并办理有关手续；

4、完成公司人力资源体系文件的编制，包括员工手册、绩效考核、薪酬体系等系统文件

5、新员工的入职培训、组织公司团队活动，激励员工积极性；

6、行政工作，包括：办公用品的采购及发放管理，证照管理，办公室环境及安全；

7、其他上司交代的工作；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，人力资源、行政管理或相关专业，

2、2年以上人事或招聘方面工作经验；

3、具有较强的计划能力和执行力，良好的沟通能力，团队领导能力。

4、能吃苦耐劳，工作细心认真、有较强的逻辑思维和条理性；

5、熟悉劳动法律法规，具备较强的职业素养。
