工作说明
- 拓展客户基础和销售ATS质量数据方案。
- 建立和维护客户关系。开发客户的需求和商业机会。
- 建立客户销售计划,执行有效的销售过程。
- 提供的销售过程信息和客户关系管理报告。
职位要求
- 工作地点不限:在主要汽车产业的核心聚集城市。
- 至少5年的相关销售经验,有复杂销售过程或资产设备销售的经历。接触过CBI Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman 或类似的销售培训。
- 具有汽车制造行业的经验,特别是涉及总装、焊装、企业或工厂级别的制造或质量系统的经验。
- 熟悉在汽车制造行业的目标客户群体。
- 有实际的销售业绩,销售能力。
- 可以在短时间内建立客户关系和信任。
- 可以独立开展工作并且取得业绩结果。
- 掌握Lean/六西格玛。有成为此领域的专家和意见领袖的潜力。
- 良好的中英文沟通和写作能力。
- 与客户和业界没有任何限制性约束或历史冲突等,可以适合国内外的出差。

Job Description.
ATS has an exciting opportunity in its Chinese division for a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the China Country Manager, the key function of this role is to introduce and promote solutions for manufacturing quality tracking, data acquisition, systems integration and data analytics to automotive manufactures and tier 1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales pipeline and grow the customer base of ATS quality data solutions.
- Establish and maintain the customer relationship. Explore the full commercial potential and value proposition with the customer.
- Manage the account strategy and implement the best practice customer acquisition plan.
- Fulfill the sales pipeline and generate high-quality CRM reports.
Requirement:
- Location: Any major city in China with close location to automotive manufacturing hub
- Minimum 5 years business experience - must include complex sales situation exposure with the methodology of CBI Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman or equivalents.
- Experience with automotive manufacture, ideally with assembly shop, body shop or plant/enterprise level manufacture and quality experience.
- Existing networks in Chinese automotive businesses
- Proven sales track record
- Good verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English
- Hands-on Approach.
- Results oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated capabilities to build rapport with customer in short time.
- Practical experience with LEAN/Six Sigma processes would be extremely beneficial to the successful candidate.
- With career goal to develop as domain expert and senior advisor role.
- Successful candidate must have no restriction to any customers in China and accept inland or international travel
