职位描述
岗位职责：
1、操作阿里巴巴，负责阿里巴巴平台的产品更新和维护，处理、跟进询盘、转化订单，维护客户；
2、通过B2B网站开发新客户，在Ｂ２Ｂ网站发产品信息；
3、通过社交平台微信，与客户建立联系，推广我司产品及其理念促成订单；
４、接到询盘电话，根据客户需求介绍相关产品、提供报价、签定合同并跟进收款；
５、熟悉分配到的产品信息、参数、使用范围等；
６、开发供新客户，安排成交产品的发货；
７、做好售后服务工作，定期回访合作客户；
８、定期与合作供应商进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系；
你需要具备的能力：
1、18岁以上（不限学历）口齿清晰，普通话流利，语言富有感染力；
2、性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和抗压能力；
3、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；对销售工作有较高的热情；
4、有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度；
福利待遇：
1、试用期1-3个月；
2、工作时间：9：00-18:00，工作7.5小时，中午1.5小时休息，月休6天，实行大小周上班时间段；
3、公司为员工提供各类法定节假日和带薪年假，以及婚假、产假、哺乳假等有薪假期
