岗位概述：综合设施管理项目的整体经营管理，与客户保持良好的沟通，不断优化服务质量。

Position Introduction: Operation & management of integrated facilities management service, ensure service quality & smooth communication with client.

岗位职责：

Position Responsibilities

主要工作为负责公司国际学校、外资医院业务线整体工程运维、保洁、保安等管理工作，主要内容包含：

Mainly responsible for full-range operation & management of maintenance, housekeeping, security etc., including:

负责本业务线项目的整体经营管理，对项目服务质量与客户关系及项目的稳定性负责

Responsible for full-range operation & management of the International School & Foreign-funded Hospital Business; Responsible for the service quality of all the relative projects; Responsible for the stability of all the relative projects;

负责对公司供应商进行专业培训，监督供应商服务质量的过程控制及保障质量交付

Responsible for the training for the suppliers; Responsible for supervising & delivering the service quality of the suppliers

负责管辖范围内直营项目的员工招聘、培训与日常管理

Responsible for employees recruiting, training & daily management for relative projects

负责对接相关业务线新项目的开发与拓展

Responsible for new projects development of International School & Foreign-funded Hospital Business

支持本业务线其他区域的项目的运营与拓展

Supporting the business operation & development in other regions/areas

任职要求：

Position Qualifications:

本科以上学历，英语听说读写能力流利

Bachelor Degree Above; Fluent English communication abilities in oral & written manner;

有运作与商务综合经验者优先

Comprehensive experience in operation & sales preferred

5年以上国际学校设施管理/物业管理行业经营管理经验

5-year above facility management/property management experience in international school fields

具备优秀文字及语言表达能力，性格阳光开朗

Excellent presentation abilities in oral & written manner; Cheerful personality;
