Main Responsibilities for Production Merchandiser in PO
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS/QUOTATIONS
Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped.Analyze the order upon receipt together with S.MR. Are all details correct?
Follow up the order by using OFS, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure TOD is on time.Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for.
Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
Be proactive and take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
In order to be able to take full responsibility for the order follow up it is a must to have a close cooperation with the other teams, Quotation team & R&D, Technicians, QCs/GPQ, Lab & COC.
Create a good and open dialogue with your colleagues.
Initiate order follow up meetings with the rest of the team whenever necessary.
Keep senior merchandiser updated of general order situation.

COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO
Create a good dialogue with buyers and assistants in SEBO. Understand their priorities and act accordingly.
Make sure to always work proactively with updates to SEBO.
Take more approvals and decisions in PO.
Take own initiatives to find solutions together with technician and give options/suggestions to SEBO.

COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS
Good knowledge of H&M suppliers' concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
Ensure effective order handover to supplier to secure on time delivery and best quality.
Keep track of suppliers' production plan to ensure on time delivery.
Keep close contact with the suppliers to know status of orders at all times.
