TEAM LEADER
Team leader of the production quality teams: Technicians, QC and QA team.
Ensure Technicians and QC cooperates to secure good overlapping sampling into production
Encourage the PQ team to work proactive, find the solution and take action to prevent problems.
The team shall make sure style is suitable for mass-production.
Ensure the team follows H&M quality requirements and use common tools and methods.
Check and follow-up PQ team member's individual competence and performance.
Initiate and organize education and support in identified areas of weakness when needed.
Be a good role model/an H&M leader and work on building the team to be a top performing quality team.
Ensure reasonable workload and secure back-up during the teams' holidays, travelling etc.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
Evaluate current quality problems/stopped order with PM and QAM, and how to avoid in future.
Set production quality goals together with PM, QAM and DM.
Ensure best final product through good cooperation between the Merchandising and PQ team.
Keep office updated about H&M quality standards and tolerances.
Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn from our mistakes.
Good cooperation with CAM on capacity and need to communicate the production capacity's limitation to CAM.
Set production strategy together with PM, QAM and DM.
COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO
Ensure and maintain good understanding, cooperation and teamwork between PO and BO.
Keep updated about new routines and current general quality issues.
Keep Quality dept at SEBO updated about current quality developments and future goals from PO market.
COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS
Good knowledge of H&M suppliers' production set-up and quality performance level.
Encourage suppliers to have a competent quality organisation, to take full responsibility over their quality and find good technical solutions.
Encourage supplier to secure good coopertion between sample room and production.
PQ team should ensure that the Supplier spread H&M production standards to all their running & new units and subcontractors.

--at least 5ys relevant experience on shoes quality control
