Purpose:
This role will work closely with suppliers and buying teams in order to ensure that sourcing, ordering, shipment and new product development processes are of the highest quality and to also ensure that the right product is delivered for the right price at the right time.

Key accountabilities:
To ensure that sourcing, negotiating, ordering, shipment and new product development processes are of the highest quality so that the right product is delivered at the right price on time
· Managing and visiting the supply base
· Developing and negotiating the product as per the brief
· Working on pre and post order systems i.e. Eqos & GPQS
· Ordering and following-up deliveries from suppliers
· Planning, doing and reviewing buying trips
· Working on my personal development plan
· Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects
· Providing support to the team members of Clothing Department
· Taking extra responsibilities

Requirements:
· Graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience

· Familiar with production, technology and supplier base of Outwear

· Must have worked with international teams
· Fluent verbal and written English, Mandarin is essential
· Attention to detail and organisation skills
· Time management, responsiveness and ability to deal with suppliers
· Demonstration of positive influencing and negotiation skills is preferable
