岗位职责：    
1、熟悉品牌市场和批发市场，有较好的时尚涵养和审美眼光，对时尚潮流有浓厚的兴趣；    
2、敏锐的服装市场洞察力及流行趋势把控能力。    
3、能够参与设计开发计划，进行每期的款式、颜色、面辅料等开发；    
4、有实际时尚买手工作经验。    
　    
任职资格：    
1、2~3年以上女装设计或买手经验；    
2、具备较强的潮流触觉与时尚美感；    
3、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。    
4、 热爱服装行业，具有良好的服装鉴赏能力。
