岗位职责：

1、能够参与WEB项目的测试计划制定，执行测试用例，并完成相应测试文档；

2、掌握和使用自动化测试工具，编写自动化脚本，提高测试效率；

3、负责产品功能、性能、兼容性、安全及用户体验等方面的测试工作，保证产品的质量。

任职要求：

1、熟悉测试网站理论和方法，对PHP、Linux、JS有一定的认识；

2、两年以上web测试经验；

3、熟悉软件工程理论，熟悉软件测试一般方法和流程；

4、熟练使用测试工具，Selenium/JMeter/LoadRunner中至少一种，能够独立编写测试脚本；

5、良好的沟通能力、团队精神，具有较强的责任心、优秀的应急响应能力和独立解决问题的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
