4、工作内容：
职责1：制定客户服务计划、客户服务规范，并带领团队执行
职责2: 月子中心客户服务管理工作
职责3：通过良好服务，达成业绩目标
职责4：客户档案管理与好评分享
职责5：评估客户满意度并形成报告，处理客户投诉，提出有效改进计划
职责6：客户关系管理，提升客户满意度
职责7：负责本部门日常管理、制度建设与团队管理工作
上班时间：早上9:00，午休，下午18:00
