职位描述

Supports all related HR and Admin activities in Guangzhou Site.

支持广州分公司的人事和行政工作

  1. Recruitment 招聘

To find right person to fill the position timely and seek continuous improvement on recruitment tools and channel to be efficiency.

及时招聘合适的候选人并持续优化招聘渠道,提高招聘效率。
1) Create and review Job profile to make sure they are align with current job status.编制职位说明书以确保与岗位的现状保持一致;

2) Collect and analyze talent data to set up the systematically talent pool.收集并分析人才库数据并系统建立人才库;

3) Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.简历筛选并初步面试;

4) Manage interview process, track recruiting status, and be responsible for the recruitment results.管理面试流程,跟进招聘进度,对面试结果负责;

5) Develop various recruiting resource and channel, manage and evaluate recruitment channel.开发、管理、评估招聘资源和渠道。

2. HR Process 人力资源流程

To conduct HR process and be ensure it is implemented in right way.管理人力资源流程并确保按照流程执行
1) Guide new employee to integrate company and business and perform as short as possible.
指导新员工以更快地融入公司及业务;

2) Follow up new employees’ progress regularly and feedback to managers to help both of them to improve on daily job in better way.跟进新员工的进展情况并反馈给部门经理,以更好地方式改善双方的工作;

3) Quit interview and analysis, propose improvement plan if necessary to contribute on employees’ retention.离职面谈分析,必要时提出改善计划以促进员工保留。

3. Employee Relationship 员工关系

Take care employee relationships in daily work and innovate different methods to promote employer branding. 负责日常员工关系并通过各种方式提升雇主品牌。

1) Initiate and organize termly activities to build active working culture and teamwork.定期组织员工活动以形成活跃的工作气氛和团队协作关系;

2) Take care employee and get and follow employees’ feedback and comments to make improvement continuously.关心员工并听取员工心声,持续改善。

4. Training 培训

To develop internal training program and deliver internal training courses according to business requirement and needs.开发内部培训项目,根据客户业务需求开展内部培训。

1) Take an internal trainer role to conduct and deliver internal training to business.作为内部培训讲师,展开内部培训;

2) Find and utilize internal resource to develop internal training program.寻找并运用内部资源来开发内部培训项目;

3) Organize and facilitate employees’ orientation training.组织并主持新员工入职培训;

4) Evaluate training effectiveness to improve and promote training in right way.评估培训结果,以更好的方式提高和改善培训。

HR Reports 人力资源报告

To ensure the correct HR related reports are in place on time.以确保及时提供人力资源相关报告;

6. Admin & Other assignments 行政及其他事宜

1) To handle daily admin management and payment, including company cars, expatriate related, company mobile/ travel, etc.处理日常行政事宜和付款,包括:公司用车,派遣,公司电话/出差等事宜;

2) To finish other assignments as requirement.领导安排的其他工作。


岗位要求

  1. More than 5 years’ experiences in HR, familiar with recruitment and training.至少5年人力资源工作经验,熟悉招聘和培训模块;

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.本科学历,人力资源、企业管理等相关专业;

  3. Familiar with local labor laws;熟悉当地劳动法等相关法律;

  4. HR professional knowledge in HR full functions.具备人力资源专业知识;

  5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.熟练的英语听说读写能力;

  6. Good command of Microsoft Office software.熟练操作Office办公软件;

  7. Excellent Results Oriented结果导向工作方式;

  8. Very strong communication and negotiation skills.较强的沟通和协调能力;

  9. High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated, in a pro-active way;正直,积极主动,自我驱动力;

  10. Analysis, planning and organizational skills is a must.具备分析,计划和组织能力;
