Job Description
Growing with the company from inception, you will be able to develop a whole new HR and Admin structure as you dreamed; with half to one-year proven success, you will be promoted as HR and Admin Manager, under our partnership program, you will have chance to receive attractive option on shares of company.
- Frame a clear and easy implementable HR and Admin Policies and fine tune it based on the business and organizational requirements.
- Frame and manage payroll, compensation and benefit programs.
- Create a 2-way communication channel between the company and our staff, to inspire internal staff align with company direction.
- Execute headcount planning and budgeting to have a road-map for recruitment assignments
- Provide full life cycle recruiting in support of our growing organization, seeking talents of branding, PR, Sales, Product developing professionals.
- Use advanced and creative candidate sourcing approaches to find top talent. We are looking to go well beyond the traditional talent seeking channels
- Manage candidate experience and own candidate relationship, presenting company properly based on candidates’ profile.
- Plan and execute suitable interventions to keep the employees motivated
- Executing “Employee Engagement” initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging.
- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements.
- Manage annual training plan and conduct training in accordance with business departments’ requirements.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with experience in FMCG, 3C or marketing sectors.
- Be comfortable of cold call to hunt actively for talents.
- Passionate, extroverted and result oriented. Be able to handle complicate work tasks, work under high pressure.
- Good communication skills, understand internal and external customer’s needs and work with them collaboratively.
- Good knowledge of internet or creative industry recruiting is a plus.
- General knowledge of Chinese labor law, HR working process and regulations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences is required.
