Responsibilities

1.Develops, recommends and executes operational plans in support of short-term and long-term business objectives and within budget

2.Exhibits full knowledge and thorough understanding of Trade Operations functions and familiar with all related regulator policy

3.Support the business location strategy, seeking opportunities to hub or de-hub processes as appropriate whilst maintaining resiliency capabilities at all times

4. Recognize and drive regional improvement opportunities arising from local situations

5.Ensure all operation procedures are in compliance with industry and legal regulatory rules and guidelines both locally and globally

6.Build exceptional relationship with business partners and stakeholders

7.Ensure sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk – able to drive the risks and controls agenda

8.Build up good leadership and practice it influence the whole team to have clearly target and strong executive force with good result

Qualification

1. Full understanding of Trade business, operations and technology strategy

2. Has at least 8 years Trade Operations/Product experience and in leadership roles

3. Understanding of and experience in Trade product covering international and local RMB product

4. Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals – execution to achieve specific desired results

5.Proven leadership experience and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving local, regional and global goals and objectives

6. Proven ability to identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss

7.Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client service

8. Effective delegating, planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives

9.Ability to effectively address and manage conflict

10.Ability to communicate pro-actively and openly with internal and external business partners
