Job Overview:

 

 This position is under PHD Unilever Digital Mar Tech team. As Mar tech manager, you(candidate) will work with the most sophisticated clients in the world and be involved with the most advanced digital solutions, innovations and leverage these advanced solutions into daily digital operations, from MSP, Performance Media, EC, Social and etc to drive operation excellence.  You will have opportunity to generate creative ideas, develop into product and eventually drive agency operation efficiency. 

 Key Job Responsibility:

• Work with internal teams in how to best deploy digital marketing technologies to satisfy clients’ needs.

• Investigate new technology and bring it into use quickly

• Work closely with planning team, TP, Performance media, E-commerce media team and come up the technical solutions, from Reach Efficiency to measurement accuracy

• Evaluate and manage different mar tech vendors, from DMP, DSP, Serving, Measurement to garden-wall giants like Ali, Tencent.

• Develop product/ solutions, working protocols and land to daily operation work

• Centralize company data assets and enable automated working stream

   

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Intelligence, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. 

• 3-5 years working experience planning, market research, BI, system development, Data Analytics or mar tech related companies

• Strong curiosity, full passion in digital marketing, familiar with digital eco-system

• Quick learner, self-motivated and agile

• Excellent skills on excel and PPT

• At least familiar with one of these tools: Python, PowerBI, Access, SQL
