职位描述
岗位主要职责：
1、组织开展生技部的日常管理工作，确保其部门工作正常有序的开展
2、根据生产计划，推进整个部门按时完成SOP的制作
3、优化工艺流程，提升产品品质和效率
4、督促维修与生产计划的协调，保证订单准时交货
5、协助研发进行小批量试产工作
6、组织开展生产类技术的导入、研究与异常处理
7、保障生产顺利进行以及生产效率与质量的持续提高
8、完成上级交办的其它工作
岗位要求：
1、电子相关专业，大专以上学历，对电子行业生产制程熟悉，LED驱动有相关工程技术经验优先考虑。
2、2年以上工程技术管理经验
3、熟悉产品技术要求以及质量标准
4、最好有生产管理、管理学、管理技能开发、项目管理、产品知识等方面的培训
