1、熟悉电工安全操作规程，具备独立完成工作任务能力；

2、略懂简单办公家具日常维修工作；

3、负责公司电气设备、空调设施、供电电路、照明灯具、供水设施的日常维护与检修工作；

4、定期巡查各楼层情况，并做好工作记录，发现问题及时反馈并作相应处理；

5、虚心好学，工作热情，服务周到；

6、每周工作五天八小时，能接接受轮休或周末上班。

任职资格： 

1、中专或以上学历，持有电工证及上岗证； 

2、具备3年以上水电、空调、自动化设备控制等方面现场工作经验者优先考虑；

3、有责任感，能主动承担工作压力，具有良好团队合作精神。
