职位描述：

• Pushing Sole quotation / 追报价

• Working with R&D and Developing to mark clear every process with related cost. 与前段开发确定每一个工序的流程，制定相关的报价准则.

• Based on quotation request email to push and follow all china sub-contractors provide cost and samples on time If the quotation cannot be provided on time, understand the reason for delay, and pressing the sub-contractors to provide the quotation asap. Meanwhile, contact relevant department (EMQ/Mold Dpt/R&D etc.)to know the situation and discuss the solution asap,and feedback the situation to window. 根据报价需求邮件跟催国内分包商按时提供报价和样板。如无法按时提供，了解延迟原因，并催促尽快处理，同时联系相关部门（EMQ、模具部、R&D等）了解情况并讨论解决方案，同时将情况反馈给对应的窗口.

• Collecting Mold Opening Notice for new project, clarity the quotation unit (pair/piece), how many pairs/ piece one set, componets  ( Rubber/EVA/PU/TPU/Lamonation/Painting ) and technological process.报价新型体，搜集开模通知, 了解报价型体的单位（是双或片？）、一模几双/片、型体的组件和工艺流程.

• Evaluate the cost from sub-contractor reasonable or not,compare with VTC quotation formula. And make negotiation with sub-contractors.收到报价后，评估分包商的价格是否合理，对比VTC的报价规则，与分包商谈价.

• Collecting quotation information & cost breakdown/收集信息 & 成本分析

• Collecting all quotation information (output, weight, loss,triming, etc.) if comfirm with VTC relavant dtp (EMQ,Mold dtp,etc.) and judge the rationality of these data by analogy. If there is any doubt, double check with relevant departments, and ask the factory to update the correct information. 收集报价相关的信息（产能, 重量, 损耗, 修边挖孔等等）是否是经相关部门签字确认的,并类比判断这些数据的合理性, 若有疑问, 与相关部门确认清楚, 并要求工厂更新正确的数据.

• For sparepart  (like receptacle,ESS,painting , Waterprined, etc.) , required sub-contractor to provide the factory information and quotation, contact with factory confirm the process and the price.一些外购的配件或者工艺（如订座，ESS，喷漆，转印等），要求分包商提供工厂的信息和报价单，直接联系外购工厂了解工艺，确认单价.

• For special project, confirm with the mould department or EMQ whether there have special quality requirements and affect the cost. If so, ask them to inform the factory.Pay attention to this special requirement when quoting and calculate the reasonable cost ( For example special packing ) .

  对于特殊的型体，要和模具部或者EMQ确认此型体是否有特殊的品质要求并影响成本，如果是，请他们通知工厂。报价时留意此特殊要求，并核算出合理的成本（例如，特殊包装要求）.

• According to the collected quotation information, calculate the cost of each part based quotation formula, then compare with the quotation from the factory, if the same, present the quotation and sample to the manager for final approve. if different from the factory, then find out the cause of the different and asked to update quotation, until reach an agreement, then present to manager approve.

      根据收集到的报价资料，按照报价规则核算出每个部件的成本,。再对比工厂提供的报价，若相同，则将报价单和相对应的样板

      给经理审核签字，若与工厂的报价不同，则找出不同的原因并要求更改报价，直至双方达成一致，再呈送经理审核签字.

• Visit the factory regularly to understand the actual situation of the factory, and deal with the difficult diseases accumulated in recent days face to face.

  定期去工厂，了解工厂的实际问题，并面对面解决近期未处理的事情。

• Final sole cost simnlation and Estimate / 预估价格

• Pushing and collecting output/weight/loss/triming/lamination information from Mold Dept and EMQ Dept based on estimated request

  根据预估要求，跟催及收集模具部和EMQ报价信息（产能、重量、损耗、修边产能、贴合产能）。

• Understand article components based on B/P or samples, and examine whether the data provided by the mold department and EMQ is complete and reasonable.

       根据图纸或者样板确认需要报价的部件，，核查模具部和EMQ提供的数据是否完整和合理。

• According to the collected estimated information, accounting out the estimated cost of each part in estimation formula.then present to manager approve.

       根据收集的信息和预估价规则预估合理的成本并呈经理审核签字。.

• Final sole cost simulation and analysis/成本试算和分析

• Simulation cost based on different OH and compound cost when review cost evey half a year

  每半年评估成本时，按照不同的管销和原材料试算大底成本。

• Arrangement of quoted sample/样品整理

• Collecting corresponding sample when quotation.

   报价时收集相应的样板。

•  Collating the sample every once in a while, and keep electronic files for easy searching.

• 定时将样板整理保存起来，并保留电子档以便随时搜索。

•   Be good at dealing with complicated and challenging project.
