职位描述
1、 面向办公区域及办公人员提供设施相关的现场客户服务；
2、 负责管辖区域内的电力，空调，专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
3 、检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；
4 、协调设备供应商的现场整改工作。
招聘要求：
1、持电工操作上岗证，有相关工作经验，有空调、电梯、电焊、电工进网作业许可证（国家电力局颁发）等特种作业操作上岗证者优先。
2、熟悉楼宇工程电力、弱电、空调、专用消防、安防等系统设备，检查、验收设备的运行情况，并对系统设备运行故障进行相关的报修/维修处理。
3、具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神
