岗位职责：

1、 建立完善的线上运营体系；

2、 负责电商平台（包括自建平台）的运营、推广、装修和配套建设等工作；

3、负责公司电商平台上的运营管理；

4、 根据不同电商渠道特点，结合行业及渠道资源，针对性设计不同渠道间的差异化销售策略，制定产品促销方案；

5、 对电商市场整体趋势进行分析以及对网络各项运营指标进行分析和总结，制定合理的运营计划；

6、 制定电子商务数据分析模板，对客户消费行为进行充分挖掘和分析；

7、 对各电商平台提供的运营数据进行分析，整理分析运营的各项数据，及时撰写运营分析报告，针对问题提出解决方案，提高店铺的影响力和销量。

 

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，相关专业毕业；

2、五年以上相关工作经验者，了解电商的运营模式，有官网或天猫网店、微店等实际操作经验者优先；

3、熟悉相关电商平台业务流程，有一定的售前、售后、发货经验优先；

4、细心，具有良好的服务意识和沟通销售能力。
