Main Purpose of the Job:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for all the jobs related products quality inspection, inspection data summary and reporting, nonconforming product follow up and handling etc
本职位主要负责所有产品质量检验，检验数据的汇总与报告，不合格品的跟进与处理等


Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
Perform Machine Startup sample inspection; 开机首件检验
Perform Shift Change over sample inspection; 换班检验
Perform In-process quality audit; 过程巡检
Perform finished good inspection (in verification phase); 产品终检
Writing inspection report; 填写报告
Training production technician; 培训生产技术员
Write report to coordinate with department for problem solving; 填写不合格处理报告，协调其它部门寻求解决方案
Follow up nonconforming goods disposition; 跟进不合格处理
Inspection data summary and report to supervisor/Engineer; 填写检验报告并汇报主管/工程师
6S organize and deployment; 组织并开展6S工作
Other tasks as assigned by QC supervisor; QC 主管分配的其它任务

Education/Experience 教育背景和工作经验要求:
3-5 year QC working experience in plastic industry; 3-5年塑胶行业QC工作经验
Familiar with startup inspection, process inspection and finial inspection; 熟悉来首件检验，过程检验和终检
Familiar with the application of basic gauge/equipment, such as caliper, weight scale, high gauge etc. 熟悉常用量仪的使用，如卡尺、电子秤、高度尺等
Familiar with ISO9001 and EHS management system is an advantage; 熟悉ISO9001和EHS管理系统优先

Qualifications/Skills 其他技能要求:
Proficiency of computer literate 熟练使用电脑
Strong capability of coordination, organization and analysis 较强的协调，组织与分析能力
Able to conduct training 组织培训的能力
Good communication skill 较好的沟通能力
