We are currently seeking a few key people to join our growing China team, with the following qualifications:

Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Guangzhou

· Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.

· Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a quality manager preferably with a wide range of products. Experience in health care or medical supply industry is a strong plus. Candidates with more experience or credentials may be considered for a higher level Quality Assurance position.

· Quality Control - Experience with broad range of quality and process control methods including capability audits, inspection reporting, root cause analysis and corrective actions etc.

· Work ethic: Must be hard working, willing to give quality improvement recommendations but also to do hands on inspection work at the factory. Must have the ability to think proactively and the confidence to make recommendations about product quality and process improvements.

· Supplier and Project Management: Must be able to tactfully direct suppliers to improve product quality through focus on the quality control process and adherence to key timelines.

· Integrity - All employees are expected to uphold a strong code of ethics and conduct.

· Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese

· Additional training: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt would be a strong plus.

· Travel: Available to travel up to 50%

· Reporting: Reports to Vice President - Global Sourcing.
