Chinese Business Otometrics holds an outstanding reputation as a dedicated and very reliable business supplier to the Chinese market place. It is servicing the top 3 market segments: state-owned hospitals, CDPF (China Disabled People Federation), CDC, and the private hearing aid fitting shops / dispensers with its product portfolio covering the four major areas of hearing assessment, hearing screening, hearing aid fitting and balance disorder assessment.

Position Technical support engineer

Reference to: Operations Manager

Reference from: NA

Responsibility:
·Play a critical role in providing technical assistance for distributors and end users.
·Handle and resolve technical inquiries and issues in the areas of product functionality and defect correction.
·Monitor and resolve customer technical issues through different support channels (on site, email or phone messages).
·Resolve customer technical issues involvement troubleshooting and helping customer in repairing equipment and systems.
·Involve on-site installation, servicing and customer training.
·Support technical issue to various departments inside company (production, sales, marketing, regulatory, and customer service)

Key Tasks or KPI:
·Feedback to customer inquiries on time.
·Completing complaint and troubleshooting on time.
·Improving customer satisfaction with CSI met the expectation
·Reporting to the operation manager on monthly basis.

Nationality: Chinese

Languages:
Mandarin at native level and English at fluent.

Education :
A good technical understanding and/or technical educated at College/ University level in the engineering (electronics, computer sciences or alike) is mandatory.

Practical Experience:
·Minimal 3 year experience in technical position
·Independent problem solving skills and good analytical ability
·Strong customer service focus.
·Minimal 1 year experience in electric product (SCM, Single Chip Machine) or PC hardware troubleshooting.

Personal Qualifications:
·Strong sense of ownership- maintaining ownership of the issue until it is resolved completely
·Good communication skill with sales, marketing, distributors and end uersers.
·Hard working and teamwork player.

Domicile
Office based in Shanghai.

Compensation: Competitive. TBA by the local HR.
