职位描述
1、负责携程金融客服运营工作，总结分析运营数据，及时发现问题并提出改进意见，优化运营业务流程
2、配合部门QA监控团队各项指标的达标情况，发现异常进行沟通并跟进整改
3、对外部门协调沟通、改进流程、解决客户问题、产品提出相关优化意见
3、通过数据报表以及系统，进行工作量评估调整排班与团队人员规划
4、带领团队按时高质量的完成部门任务
岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限
2、3年以上客服或运营从业经验，至少2年团队管理经验
3、能力素质：数据分析能力强，有较强的文字语言表达能力及分析判断能力，能够帮助团队成员分析业务及自身问题并提出改善方案
4、良好的领导能力，沟通协调能力、团队协作能力及良好的心理承受能力
5、有较强的服务意识和责任心，工作热情、耐心，擅长沟通和团队合作
