学通国际课程中心从创立伊始就致力于国际课程辅导与培训的开发和教研，是上海地区专业从事A-level、IB和SAT等国际课程辅导与培训的机构，经过近年来的高速发展，现已发展成为上海地区市场占有率领先的国际课程培训机构，学员遍布境内外各地。为了进一步拓展业务，现诚聘招聘专员岗位。

工作职责:

1、负责在线咨询，与咨询者沟通，并对其进行课程咨询的引导；

2、索要联系方式，挖掘课程需求，将客户信息精准有效对接销售;

3、每日登记客户信息，建立客户档案；

4、每周上报课程名单数据，反馈客户需求和意见；

5、每月汇总所有课程咨询数据，出具客户分析报告；

6、优化客服服务方案，提高客户满意度；

7、完成上级领导交待的其他工作

任职资格:

1、大专以上学历，有在线客服经验者优先；

2、具备良好的客户服务意识，有坚强的应变能力和协调能力;

3、擅于沟通，有耐心及责任心，语言表达能力强；

3、电脑使用熟练，熟悉常用的办公软件和网络工具；

4、吃苦耐劳，工作目标性强，反应灵敏，有较强的应变能力
