1、负责电商营销数据、运营数据、产品数据的分析研究工作；

2、负责项目数据的监控和跟踪分析，并对异常情况进行深入分析和提交改善建议；

3、分析电商行业数据及消费者行为数据，提供营销策略方案；

4、制定营销项目的数据跟踪体系、报表体系；

任职要求：

1.数学与应用数学、统计学等专业毕业，2年以上数据分析工作经验,有相关经验者可适当放宽该要求；

2.良好的数据处理能力，熟练操作Excel、PPT等，掌握SQL相关数据提取方法或者常用数据分析工具者优先；

3、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，和报告展示能力

4、协调沟通能力较好，具有较强的分析与判断能力，工作责任感高，条理清晰，工作细致，具有较好的职业操守，学习及沟通能力强，有责任心，能独立完成数据分析项目；

5、自我驱动，追求结果导向，有抗压能力，能在截止日期下工作，能同时处理多个项目。
