Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.

3+ working experience in at least 1 of below field: Robot Programming; MIG/MAG welding;

Welding Fixture prefer in automotive industry.

Skills in both project management and daily process controls.

Basic communication in English is preferred.

 

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

Managing robotic welding machine /fixture from new project phase which includes design/kick off/installation/commission of capital and tooling to meet customer launch milestone.

Implement internal maturation process which includes robot programming, welding parameter setting, and fixture adjustment/modification to smoothly transfer new projects to manufacturing.

Implement welding process control system to stabilize welding process to minimize re-welding and process/ fixture adjustments.

Be key member of welding quality problem solving team for internal issues and external quality complaints.

Continuous improve production fixtures/programs to reduce welding machine downtime and optimal cycle times·

Establish PM schedule/ Error –proofing validation schedule to secure proper function of welding process.

Technically coaching and leading technicians.

Implement Shape safety policies·
