职位描述：

• Responsible for global sales quotation requirement / 负责全球销售成本需求

  • Daily received quotation requirement from sales or DP dpt., firstly, collect relevant mold

    information(which supplier take charge of the outsole,EVA, Lamination and final sole process),

    and send out the quotation requirments to sub-contractors, if O/S is in special compound, need

    to confirm feasibility with EMQ colleauge firstly.

    每天收到全球销售的成本需求邮件，第一时间先收集相关型体的模具信息（了解大底、中底EVA、贴合的负责的分包商），发出报价要求给相应的分包商，如果被要求报价的配方是特殊配方，需要与EMQ确认配方的可行性。

  • Collect final approved costs and check all cost data and relevant information before send to sales. And ask sales to fix selling pirce.

    在发送成本给销售之前，需要收集最终审批的成本并检查相关数据及信息与之是否相吻合，以确保发出成本的正确性，同时需发邮件给销售设置销售价格。

• Checking selling price / 核对销售价

  • Daily check Antonio and global sales emails fixed price to customer if matched with

    the general pricelist. If there is difference, have to double check with Antonio or relevant sales. and put the final confirmed price to pricelist.

    每天收到Antonio和全球销售发给客人的报价邮件，仔细核对邮件中的销售价是否与总单价表一致，如有差异，需要与Antonio或相关销售重新确认。并将最终确认的结果更新到总单价表。

  • When DP get difference selling price infromaiton from Customer, also have to re-check with

    relavent sales. and put the final confirmed price to pricelist.

    如果收到DP部门反映客人订单上的报价与总单价表不一致时，需要发邮件与国外销售重新确认。并将最终确认的结果更新到总单价表。

• Timely update costs and prices to general pricelist / 更新单价表

  • Update approved costs to general pricelsit and share with DP dpt.

    及时更新批准的成本到总单价表，每天共享给DP部门以及模具部。

  • Update sales fixed selling pirce to general pricelsit and shared with DP dpt.

    及时更新销售价格到总单价表，每天共享给DP部门以及模具部。

  • When received sales fixed special price for some customer, need timely to inform DP dpt and

    revise pricelsit accordingly.

    如果销售有设置特殊销售价给一些品牌或客户，需要及时通知DP部门并更新总单价表。

• Checking mold information and update cost accordingly/模具更改后更新成本/型体规格表

  • When received new articles mold notice, understand relevant information and ask

    sub-contractors to prepare data for quotation.

    收到新型体的开模通知，先了解相关的模具信息以及生产流程，并发出报价要求给分包商。

  • Received mold changed information, need to check with Mold Dpt colleague if mold modified or re-

    opened, etc. and ask sub-contractors to update quotation accordingly .

    收到模具部下发的改模通知，需第一时间了解模具改动的情况，是否会影响价格，并相应的要求分包商更新报价。

  • Received mold mass production notice, need to check and complete general pricelist ,

    such as add mass production code and project name changed information ,etc.

    收到模具部下发的量产型体规格表，需要及时核对组件和做法是否与报价相吻合，如有出入，需第一时间与模具部同事确认型体的最终做法，同时需将量产的模具信息更新到总单价表中（如量产代码，型体名称或客户

• 岗位要求：

• Know the technological process for rubber sole and mid sole.了解各项大底中底和贴合的生产工艺。

• High data-sensitive. 对数字敏感.

• Good communication and negotiation skills, normally english skill.
