职位描述：

1）负责相关培训课题研究及课程开发，根据培训计划安排，自主完成课程讲授

2）依据培训需求及计划，进行数据分析

3）负责呼叫中心各项管理规定实施的质量监控并及时反馈

4）领导安排的其他工作事务

岗位要求：

1） 大专以上学历，一年以上呼叫中心培训经验

2） 具有认真细致、尽职尽责和吃苦耐劳的工作精神

3） 擅长沟通表达，有良好的团队协作能力
