职位描述
Cost and FTE Management -
1.Cost and Budget Management of the global technology centre in support of local, fiscal, regulatory and internal stakeholder requirements
2.Responsible for cost recovery of the global technology centre under the Shared Services Offering (SSO) model IT People & Location Strategy
3.Lead the location optimisation strategy in order to realise business benefits across HSBC IT
4.Act as key interface with HR Business Partner to lead various initiatives to further employee engagement and make GLTc “a great place to work”
5.Develop and uplift employees’ capability from technical and management perspectives to strengthen the role of Global Technology Centre
6.Corporate Sustainability (CS) ensuring adherence to Group and GLT Policies and membership of the Global CS committee
7.Enable Business Partners to drive key initiatives

8.Driver Good Governance at an entity level, leverage best practices and represent HTc at Group
9.Responsible for operational, regulatory and compliance risk for the global technology centre

11.Facilities Management including capacity planning, physical security, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), business recovery,
communications and infrastructure development,
Stakeholder management
1.Relationship management with external agencies including regulatory authorities, higher education institutions and service providers
2.Represent HSBC Technology China at local internal/external industry fora on matters of regulation, risk and compliance
3.Ensure proper and adequate communication of group, global IT, local regulatory and policy to be delivered and cascaded to all levels of employee
