主要工作职责和内容：

 

Romp n 'Roll followed the orthodox American philosophy of education - while the full development potential of the baby creativity and personality-oriented culture. A total of more than 800 sets of innovative courses ahead of any other early education centers. Colorful themes and rich curriculum for 0-8 year-old baby to a grown up world.

-Ability to relate to adults in a parentild setting

-Any related field for significant experience teaching preschool art, music and gymnastics)

-Bachelor is prefered.

-Fresh graduates are preferred.

Working Details ：

This fulltime position requires the ability to lead Gym, Art, Music and Budy Bear Oral English in English for children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years old.

Lesson plans for all classes are provided and our curriculum has been developed based on the developmental stages of children and includes age appropriate activities. As an instructor you will be trained on childhood development, lesson plan implementation, communication with children and adults, and cultural differences. Helping with marketing activities.

Duties:

Hours/Week: Maximum 40 office hours including maximum 24 teaching hours in class. Any teaching hours over 24 are paid at an overtime rate of 100RMB per hour. 2 days off per week.

 

1. 教授0-8岁幼儿英语口语和运动等早教课程；

2. 根据教学进度表的安排，完成教学计划内的教学活动并达到教学目标；

3. 参加招生活动，展示demo课程，进行学员级别测评；

4. 定期进行学员情况报告并按照项目要求完成教学服务工作；

5. 按时参加中心提供的各项专业培训课程以及各项会议、节日活动；

6. 全职和***均可。

入职要求：

1. 英语吐词清晰，语音纯正，口语标准；第一母语为英语，有语言类相关证件尤佳；

2. 大学学历，有一年以上或以上相关工作经验；

3. 遵守中国法律法规，身体健康;

4. 有爱心、耐心、责任心，喜欢与孩子们一起活动，主动渗透外语教育。
