Principal Responsibilities:

1, Coordinate urgent and complicated support issues. act as escalation and information within the organization and determining root cause of issues and communication appropriately

2.Collecting user comment/complaint from all sources, work with issue champions and drive other service party to improve user satisfaction rate.

3.Providing excellent customer communication and assistance throughout the process. Effectively manage customer expectations

4. Responsible for understanding manager’s requirement, design reports using data form one or multiple systems with methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations to a variety of moderately complex problems.

5, Provide recommendations base on it capabilities for HD process best practices

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Documentation Skills

1.Ability to write concise and unambiguous English.

2.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Technical Skills

1.Knowledge of ITSM is preferred

2.Knowledge of project management is preferred

3, Requires strong analytic skills and ability

Advantageous Skills and Experience

1.College and above graduation, and 3 - 5 years’ experience in IT operation, like Helpdesk analysis, data analysis, Business Analysis, project coordination, etc

2.Experience in customer service/customer facing and service report delivery

4. Cantonese speaking, can read and write English

5. Willing to take challenge

6.Familiar with Service now system is a plus.
