We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:
Team management
Manage 4 team members
Supports Senior Manager, People Experience in shaping the future direction of people strategy and unique culture across Contact Centres to further strengthen our people capability, enhance our employee engagement and ensure our organisational goals and business strategy are achieved.
Leading the design, development and delivery of large scale people projects and supporting the delivery of HR led people projects aligned to RBWM, global, regional and local business strategy.
Design, develop and deliver large scale people projects across Contact Centre sin UK, Europe and MENA. Support the delivery and sustainment of large scale HR led people programmes across Contact Centres
Build and grow professional relationships with all stakeholders, business areas and People Experience teams across Contact Centres and in Bank Group, where appropriate. Seek and share best practice to help harmonise the people experience across Contact Centres
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Individuals are responsible for their own effectiveness, development and results. Specialist or Subject Matter Experts, where matrix management and understanding of Group strategy is expected. Their contribution is often as a technical/professional specialist in their field.
Support achievement of the group vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making.
Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role.
Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
