Definition of Position岗位定义：

In charge of Quality Engineering, customer quality.

Job Responsibilities岗位描述：

1. Initiate Product audit, perform product validation & periodic test, drive continual improvement to the product function and reliability;

2. Handle customer complaints (return, repair, service); coordinate corrective preventive actions to reduce 0KM/ warranty return rate, ensure the rate;

3. Communicate with customer, study & understand their current and future needs and ensure customer request or feedback reach to relative departments; prepare PSW per customer requirement;

4. In charge of the testing and validation of samples and issue relevant report to customer;

5. In charge of customer audit;

6. Support WCM activity;

7. Visit customer and keep good relation with customer;

8. Complete the work task assigned by higher leader.

Qualifications岗位要求：

1. College or University, major in Industrial Engineering or electronics;

2. Minimum 3-year Manufacturing experience in Foreign - invested Companies ;

3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
