岗位职责:

1、通过组织各种活动，提高用户活跃度和留存率；

2、对产品的用户群体进行有目的的组织和管理，增加用户粘性、用户贡献和用户忠诚度；

3、结合数据分析、监控用户行为习惯及各类指标变化，制定精细化运营策略；

4、有针对性地开展产品推广，增加用户积极性和参与度；配合产品需要进行推广方案策划；

5、整合运营资源，能有效利用不同运营工具，制定相应策略，提升运营资源利用率。

任职资格:

1、本科以上学历；

2、1年以上互联网行业用户运营经验；

3、熟悉IT、软件行业。

4、具备很强的数据分析和定义问题的能力，能够发现问题解决问题；

5、熟悉互联网运营，逻辑条理清晰，有良好的项目管理能力、沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
