我们的客户是一家外资日化用品集团有限公司，是东南亚个人护理用品及家居清洁用品市场领导品牌。

工作职责：

1、负责广深等地销售计划的制定，销售团队的建立及渠道拓展、管理；

2、根据当地的市场情况，设计符合当地特色的销售模式和开展有效的销售活动；

3、与客户建立良好的合作关系，维持良好的客情关系；

4、负责地区年度促销活动规划，费用预算；

5、有效进行费用管理，确保客户准时回款；

6、定期收集及反馈公司产品及竞品的市场分销情况，分析产品发展趋势，对公司产品的发展方向提出建议。

岗位要求：

1、10年以上快销品销售经验，其中至少8年日化用品销售经验；

2、熟悉广深等一线城市快消品或日用品市场，有较好的客情关系和市场资源；

3、以结果为导向，善于激励及带领下属达成目标；

4、抗压能力强，能适应经常出差。
