■ 主要工作内容Main Responsibilities：

1、 制定并完成生产制造蓝领年度/月度招聘计划，包括利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘信息、简历甄选、候选人面试、背景调查、体检入职等，并按年度/月度计划招聘到位；

Set and complete yearly/ Monthly recruitment goal and plan of Manufacturing blue-collar, include recruitment advertisements release in every recruitment channels, resume screen, candidates’ interview, background investigation;

2、 参与招聘项目的策划、组织及实施，包括校园招聘、专场招聘会等；

Carry out recruitment programs, include campus recruiting, job fair, etc.;

3、 负责开拓、维护并合理利用各类招聘渠道，即建立并维护招聘网站、劳务公司、职业院校等合作关系；

Develop and maintain each recruiting channels, such recruiting websites, HR service companies, vocational colleges, etc.;

4、 协助新员工办理入职手续；

Assist new employees about on-boarding process;

5、 协助新员工的培训及融入。

Assisting blue-collar training and staff integration.

■ 任职条件Qualifications：

1、 大学本科及以上学历，管理类相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, management and other related majors;

2、 1年以上整车厂蓝领招聘实践经验；

Have recruiting experience more than 1 years of OEM blue-collar recruitment;

3、 能熟练操作办公自动化软件；

Proficient in office software operation;

4、 乐于服务和帮助他人，高执行力和主动性，责任感和团队合作意识强，有一定的抗压能力；

Happy to serve and help others, high execution and initiative, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, a certain degree of pressure resistance;

5、 具有大学英文四级以上水平，读、写良好。

Pass CET-4 and above, proficiency in English reading and writing.
