■ 主要工作内容Main Responsibilities:
1、 与业务部门深入合作,协助部门完成业务发展过程中的人力资源活动,项目初期主要包括与业务部门共同制定人员配置计划、人员的招聘与配置、协助员工入职及员工融入、协助员工培训及能力提升;
Deeply cooperate with the business department to assist in the human resources activities in the process of business development. For initial stage of the project mainly includes working with the business department to formulate the staffing plan, recruitment and staffing, assisting staff on boarding and staff integration, assisting staff training and capacity enhancement;
2、 通过和管理者、员工的有效互动,保证组织中信息的通畅,营造良好的组织氛围和文化;
By effective interaction with managers and employees, ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization and create a good organizational atmosphere and culture.
3、保证人力资源政策在业务部门的落地及实施,及时把握组织动态,识别潜在风险,提供解决方案。
Ensure that human resources policies are implemented in business departments, timely grasp organizational pulse, identify potential risks, and provide solutions.
■ 任职条件Qualifications:
1、 大学本科及以上学历,人力资源及其相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, HRM and other related majors;
2、 3年以上招聘等人力资源实践经验,有汽车行业工作经验者优先;
Have recruiting or other HRM experience more than 3 years. Candidates with the experience of automotive industry have the priority;
3、 具备优秀的跨部门沟通及协调能力、高执行力,高度的责任感和职业敏锐度,团队合作精神及客户服务意识;
Have excellent inter-departmental communication and coordination anility, highly sense of responsibility and professional sensitivity, teamwork sprit and customer service awareness;
4、 能熟练操作办公自动化软件;
Proficient in office software operation;
5、 具有大学英文四级以上水平,听、说、读、写熟练。
Pass CET-4 and above, proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
