We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be aptitude in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities

· Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts

Requirements

· Proven experience as key account manager

· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

岗位职责：
1、根据半岛精品店相关产品（月饼、年糕、茶叶、生活用品、休闲小食等）特性，拟定和执行营销策略方案、销售管理政策，

2. 协调销售活动，选择针对潜在客户的***销售渠道
3、管理和组织销售队伍，开拓市场，以完成年度销售目标，扩大公司产品的市场占有率。

任职要求：
1、大学及以上学历，至少5年以上快速消费品行业（从事过美心，奇华月饼、国际连锁食品品牌优先考虑）行业销售管理工作经验；

2、有金融行业资源及经验者优先
3、丰富的团队管理经验，熟悉快消行业的各销售渠道；
4、高度的责任心和事业心，正直果断，具备较强的抗压能力和适应变革的能力。
