1. Analyze the existing logistics supply chain with regard to optimization and operating efficiency aspects.

2. Design and optimize the package and logistic equipment of inbound and outbound, full understand and control the corresponding cost. Ensure the use of standard packaging and improve the rate of returnable packaging in the plant.

3. Support the development of logistics know-how and provide achievement contribution on standardization align with central logistic.

4. Ramp-Up of complex logistics and/or assembly lines side of new project in cooperation with the related colleagues in the central business division.

5. Support of the related LO planners in the central business division for the development of new logistics concepts and in the release meeting, either for new acquisition and/or nominated projects.

6. Independent and ambitious identification of improvement, waste and/or ratio potentials for cost reduction.

7. Planning, execution, supervision and reporting of released improvement and/or ratio actions in the logistics field.

8. Independent and on schedule start-up management for logistics operation achieving the required/confirmed KPIs and objectives (released concept).

9. Capacity analysis, Independent and ambitious preparation of target times (MTM) and execution/release in the related logistic teams.

10. Creation/preparation and/or modification/maintaining of all kind of SAP data, such as Logistics Data Sheet, Packaging Data Sheet.

11. Involvement in Root Cause analysis and support for corrective actions of non-conformities (process failures and customer returns).

12. Prepare and complete the logistics annual budget according to LO BOM and analysis the different cause regarding the budget and real production value.
