Lean Project Director

Job Description职位描述：

1. Lead the lean production projects in the OEM factories of well know brands in China and aboard ,such as the sports shoes or injection molding factories . 对国内外知名品牌的OEM工厂进行精益改善活动的辅导, 如运动鞋厂或注塑工厂。

2.Train & deploy Enterprise Lean Sigma at site or function organization.培训布署企业各部门和现场精益生产;

3.Partner with site’s leaders and business value stream managers , and lead the implementation plan. 与现场精益负责人充分沟通制作价值流图， 并负责带领实施计划。

4. Set the goal and responsible to implementation and support the select core implementation teams members and introduce them to the value steam management process, 5S, visual controls, Kanban Daily etc. 制定目标并负责监督实施，支持工厂的核心执行团队，培训现场人员的价值流管理流程，5S，目视化管理，看板管理等;

5.Assists in selection of teams and individuals to work Enterprise Lean Sigma implementation opportunities, supervise the improvement in the factory .与工厂精益团队和个人一起发现精益生产力改善机会，监督各方面的改进

6.Develop training plans and site’s trainers制定培训方案和培养内部培训师队伍;

7.Monitor the team’s progress in applying the Enterprise Lean Sigma technique监测团队精益西格玛技术应用进度;

8. Regularly check the VSM onsite and effectively remove roadblocks as they arise , 定期到现场检查价值流，有效解决现场出现的问题;

9.Review current and future’s state VSM and kaizen proposals评估VSM现状和制定未来VSM和改善方案;

10.Communicate to all levels within the organization与组织各层面人员沟通;

11.Implement the value stream management process (in all Sites this includes non-manufacturing processes) and track results执行价值管理流程改善，包括非制造流程，并追踪结果;

12. Regularly maintain and update the implementation plan , apply Enterprise Lean Sigma assessment throughout the site and participate on ELS site assessments. 维护并定期更新实施计划，实施企业精益管理评估;

13.Share best practices with other sites CI managers and develop coordinated plans与其他工厂的精益负责人分享好的经验

Job Requirement资质要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科以上学历

2. Eight years or above in lean improvement project experience 8年或以上精益改善项目经验

3. Good command of English (both in oral and written)优秀的英语口语与书面水平

4. Have factories’ onsite instruction and training experience， and have the abilities of trans- department improvement . 有工厂现场指导培训经验,具备跨职能部门进行改善的能力

5. Others:其他

1）Good skills of leading, motivating, processing and people management. 良好的引导、激励、流程和人员管理技巧

2）Authority to commit resources and make changes happens across functions and departments;;有能力调用资源, 推动跨部门和组织的变革

3) Passion and commitment to Enterprise Lean Sigma;有志于企业精益管理

4) Experience in improvement processes (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.); 有改善改革经验（例如六西格玛，精益管理等

Remark 备注:

1.Candidate have to accept long time business traveling to Fujian Province, Quanzhou city and Ningbo City and other cities in Asia. (But Ningbo and Fujian will be the major place they will be assigned with their projects with in 2019).候选人须接受长期出差在福建泉州、宁波和其他亚洲城市（ 但福建和宁波将会是2019年的主要项目派驻地）
