工作职责：

1. 协助创意总监及团队同事完成项目
2. 能将创意落地完成到视觉呈现上，对画面调性和美感的把控有扎实的基础
3. 指导设计师完成项目中的设计工作，能够对设计师的设计工作做出质量把控
4. 具备独立思考创意的能力，包括但不限于长图文、icon、H5、小程序、 EDM、 平面海报、长图文、信息图等画面呈现方面的想法
5. 对工作实行责任制，能够负责任地协助项目组同事跟进并完成工作，要有团队协作

任职要求：

1. 具备3年以上的设计、创意、数字营销等相关工作经验
2. 美术功底过硬，包括设计和完成画面的能力
3. 清楚了解洞悉到最新的美术动向以及表现形式的呈现
4. 能够提供最符合每个品牌调性的美术解决方法
5. 脑洞要够大，提供概念，实现表现形式

Competency

1. Assist creative director and team members to complete the project
2. Be able to complete the creative implementation to the visual presentation, have a solid foundation to control the picture tone and aesthetic
3. Guide the designer to complete the design work in the project, and be able to control the quality of the designer's work
4. Capable of independent thinking and creation, including but not limited to long graphics and texts, icon, image presentation ideas
5. Implement the responsibility system to the work, can be responsible to assist the project team colleagues to follow up and complete the work

Requirements

1. 3 years or above related work experience, such as design, creative or digital marketing
2. Have good art skills, including the ability of designing and drawing
3. Have a clear understanding of the latest art trends and forms of expression
4. Can provide the best solution which conform to the tone of each brand
5. With great Imagination and enable to provide concepts and forms of expression
