工作职责：
1. 根据公司发展战略，为下一代移动学习制定产品路线图及目标；
? 2. 收集整理产品及客户需求并安排优先度，定义产品愿景，与内部负责人合作，确保产品的商业影响力及用户满意度 ；
? 3. 与设计者一起开发出市场有竞争力的产品 ；
? 4. 编写市场需求文档，为新功能编写详细的功能性需求文档 ；
? 5. 从概念设计阶段直到最终发布，观测项目的进展 ；
? 6. 进行业务分析，以决定新发布的产品对市场的影响。

任职资格：
? 1. 知名院校计算机或商务专业本科毕业 ；
? 2. 三年以上知名软件公司工作经验，具有web、桌面产品、或者移动设备经验；
? 3. 良好的英语听说读写能力 ；
? 4. 优秀的分析与战略性思考能力，寻找市场上的机会 ；
? 5. 不拘一格的思考能力 ；
? 6. 有进取心，以目标驱动为原则 ；
? 7. 卓越的口头与书面沟通能力 ；
? 8. 优秀的组织能力 ；
? 9. 极度地追求细节 ；
? 10. 作为团队成员尽一切可能取得成功，并与公司其他组织配合融洽 ；
? 11. 习惯敏捷开发文化，并且清楚知道PO职责；
