职责描述：

Include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various departments. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Write and post job descriptions

Source potential candidates on niche platforms, perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Offer negotiation with qualified candidates, meanwhile abide by company budget and go on internal and external offering process

Offer Letter issue, and support pre-onboard process;

Interview data update and maintenance;

Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Keep up-to-date with new trends and products

Team develop and management

任职要求：

Bachelor degree above, with 3-5 related recruiting experience;

Solid understand recruiting structure, wide knowledge in different job types/roles (like IT, Sales, Marketing, Operation, etc.);

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Communication, logical and analysis should be good, data skill required;

Hardworking and dedicated to work, tolerance, leadership potential and
