Principal Consultant

We are currently seeking experienced Partner/Principal Consultants to join our China office.

The Chinese market is a key pillar of VodeHR’s international expansion. Since our first recruitment project in China in 2010, the HR consultancy has grown rapidly and now we have three offices (in Guangzhou , Shenzhen, Hong Kong) in the Greater China region.

Responsibilities

· Be responsible for one or more recruitment project modules or even small projects;

· Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels;

· Guide module members - clients and colleagues alike;

· Prepare and hold presentation and deliver high service qualities to clients;

Qualifications/ Requirements

· Candidates with 5+ years working experience in any industry or 3+ years recruitment consulting & sales related experience;

· Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;

· Entrepreneurial spirit - taking initiative to make things happen;

· Solid analytics and communications capabilities;

· Intellectual curiosity and creativity;

· Leadership potential;

· Team player and willing to learn;

· Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
