岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities 职责概要:

Provide diagnosis and treatment of the conditions of the mouth, gums and teeth. Also provide patients with advice and recommendations to prevent future oral health issues. 

提供口腔与牙齿牙龈状况的诊断与治疗。同时为患者提供咨询与建议，以预防未来的口腔健康问题。

Responsibilities 职责:

? Performing clinical duties as general practitioner (i.e. comprehensive examination, x-rays, restoratives, root canal treatment, extractions, crown and bridges, scaling, teeth whitening and etc.) to adults and children

作为一个全科医生为成人和儿童进行临床手术（即全面检查，X光片，修复，根管治疗，拔牙，冠和桥梁，缩放，牙齿美白等）

? Maintaining a steady flow of patients by overseeing day-to-day booking and by monitoring patient recalls

通过日常预定和患者回访来维持一个稳定的患者源。

? Training and managing staff to maintain a high standard of dental care in a warm and friendly environment

训练和管理员工以保证牙科护理在一个高标准的温暖友好的环境里。

? Dealing with any patient complaints that may arise as a result of dental treatment, miscommunication, billing, etc.

处理在牙科治疗中可能出现的任何因病人沟通不畅，计费等导致的投诉。

? Participating community activities to promote dental care

参与社区活动，以促进牙齿保健

? Attending practice on some weekends including Sundays

在某些周末参加实践活动，包括周日。

 

任职资格:

1. Excellent knowledge of the English language.

熟练的掌握英语。

2. Ability to train dental assistants.

能过培养牙科主力。

3. International work experience.

丰富的国际工作经验。

4. Ability to overcome culture barriers.

能够克服文化障碍。

5. Excellent patient rapport.

与病人相处融洽。

Education and Experience:教育和经验

1）Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. 

至少3年以上的临床经验。 

2) Minimum Education Requirement: DDS, DMD or equivalent degrees. 

最低受教育要求：DDS或DMD或同等学历。

3) Certificate or Licensing Needed- DDS/DMD or Chinese License equivalence and Chinese License 

证书或许可证要求DDS/DMD或同等的中国证书及行医执照
