岗位职责：

• 做为LMS系统负责人，管理GMP相关培训；

  As the systemowner of LMS and responsible for all related GMP training.

• 组织新员工的GMP相关培训；

  New employee'srelated GMP training.

• 负责人员培训记录及档案的管理；

  Responsiblefor personnel training records and archiving.

• 负责制定年度培训计划和准备培训报告；

  Develop annualtraining plan and prepare training report.

• 负责培训计划的实施和跟踪；

  Monitoringtraining plan implementation.

• 建立内部培训师制度，良好地开展各项培训；

  Establish internal trainer system andwell perform each discipline training.

• 部门经理安排的其他工作。
  Other works arranged by Dept. Manager.

任职要求：

1、药学、化学、微生物学或相关学科学士或以上学位；

Bachelor or above degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Microbiological or related field.

2、熟悉CFDA cGMP法规要求及良好文件管理规范；

Miliar with the regulatory requirement of CFDA cGMP and GDP requirement.

3、具备程序、规范、法规方面的基本知识；

Rough basic knowledge of procedures, specification, regulations and standards.

4、口才良好，良好的沟通和组织协调能力；

Good communication, well organize and coordinate skill。

5、3年或以上药厂或相关企业工作，其中至少1年培训管理工作经验；

3 years or above work experience in pharmaceutical or related industry，with 1 year on training management experience.

6、英语水平良好，会熟练使用电脑。
