Data Centralisation and Analysis

1、Oversee all activities of the data analytics and corporate business intelligence.

2、Work closely with the technology teams internally to optimize the usage of our data.

3、Work in cross-functional teams to consolidate all the different sources of data in SKECHERS China.

4、Deep understand business request and help to support the business/marketing strategy decision making.

5、Lead to use the all data for analytical work like consumers behavior, product based analysis to help the team know the meaning behind of the data.

6、Lead to optimize the online and offline media buy efficiency and strategy.

7、Lead and standardize the data monitoring and analysis report. Identify business opportunities and operational improvements.

Business Intelligence

1、Use the systems available to gather and analyze business data, prepare and present solutions to improve the data usage.

2、Be the go to colleague for the marketing team and other departments to workshop solutions and provide implementation support for related initiatives.

3、Lead and work on appointed company projects in coordination with the management team.

Skills / Experience Required:

1、Degree holder in Math, statistics, IT or other related discipline

2、Minimum of 5 years proven experiences in data analytics and business intelligence in a fast-paced and complex business setting

3、Familiar with data visualization tools, strong in statistics and data analysis

4、Strong business sense and logical thinking

5、Strong cross function communication skills

6、Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking; thrives in a fast-pace work environment

7、Working independently with full ownership of tasks assigned

8、Proactive in identifying process efficiency and improvement
